Welcome to the new website for the St. Mary's Camp program. If you have comments and/or suggestions, please feel free to contact the webmaster.
Ready To Begin?
Our website is desiged to simplify the registration process for all by carrying the core information from your family profile over from year to year. Once you have an account and a family profile, the only information that will be required will pertain to this year's camp event. The process is fairly simple.
If you already have an account on our site, you can skip ahead to step 3 and Register for Camp! If you forgot your login id and/or your password, please use our links on the Registration Menu on the right tab to have this information sent to you/reset.
1Create Account
In order to access the registration stuff, you need an account on this system.
2Create Family Profile
Edit your own profile, then add others in your family (spouse, emergency contact and campers, of course.)
3Register for Camp
Register one or more people for a camp, Edit the registration records, and Checkout. That's it.
Once your registration is complete and you have successfully checked out, an email confirmation of your purchase order will be sent to your email account. You have not successfuly signed up for camp until this is created.
Want Some Detail?
Create Account
In order to access the registration stuff, you need an account on this system. If you already have an account on this system, simply access any of the registration pages, and if you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so.
If you don't have an account on this system, then you'll need to create one. To create an account, simply visit the Create Account link from the Registration Menu on the right of the page.
Alternately, you may access either of the registration pages (Family Profile or Register for Camp) from the Registration Menu on the right of the page, and you'll be prompted to login. At the bottom of the login page, you'll see the following text: "No Account Yet? Register". The word Register is a link to a page that will let you create your own account.
On the Create Account page, you'll be asked to provide your Name, a Username, an E-mail address and a Password. For your name, enter your first and last name. For the username, please don't use spaces, punctuation or special characters. The e-mail address should be a valid email address. If not, you will not receive any of the information sent to you by the St. Mary's Camp website.
Once you've created your account, you'll need to login. That's it.

If you already have an account there is a nifty Login link (with a small padlock next to it) in the upper right hand corner of every page on the site. . Click the Login link, and a small login window pops up.Please note, however that you cannot create an account from this widget, you can only Login (and Logout, if you're already logged in.)
Create Family Profile
This system allows you to create a profile for every one in your family. A profile is simply a bit of information about the people in your family. The information includes basic stuff like name, gender, date of birth, address and telephone number. In addition, we'll ask for stuff like medical information and any health or other concerns.
The information collected in the Family Profile is permanent. It will stick around from year to year. So, whenever you return to this site to register for another camp, you should review the profile information, to ensure that it is up-to-date. The nice thing is that you don't have to enter this information every year, or for every camp event.
The other nifty thing about the Family Profile is that you can update the information at any time. It is separate from the registration process. You can return to the site at any time and update this information.
To create your Family Profile, visit the Family Profile link in the Registration Menu on the right side of the page. The first time you do this, a person record will be created, and it's status will be "Incomplete". You cannot add anybody else to your family profile until you've completed your own (the New button will be disabled.) To complete your profile, click Edit, and complete the form. Your profile has a type of Account, and as a result, cannot be deleted. The Delete button will always be disabled for your Account profile. Information filled in such as parish, and insurance will default to the other members of your family saving you time when creating your profiles.
When you complete the profile form for the rest of your people, don't forget to select the Person Type at the top of the form! We assume the account owner is a parent. Please create a profile type of camper for each camper in order to have all neccessary questions asked.
When you successfully complete your own information, you can then create a profile for everyone in your family (or those that you want to register for camp, anyway.) To do so, click the New button, and complete the form. You'll notice that much of the information you entered for yourself has carried over into the new profile record. This is a convenience. If the information should be different, change it.
You muar provide at least one Emergency Contact in your profile, and keep that information up-to-date along with the rest of your family.
Register for Camp
Finally! Let's register for camp! First of all, it's worth noting that this step of the process is really three distinct steps. They are as follows:
1Register
The first step is to register, which connects one or more campers to a camp.
2Edit Registration
Once you've made the connection, you need to edit the registration record(s). Yes, another form to fill out.
3Checkout
Once you've completed the registration forms for each camper, you need to pay the camp tuition fees.
Register
First, visit the Register for Camp link in the Registration Menu on the right side of the page. You will see a list of upcoming camps (there will likely only be one.) Each camp indicates the start and end dates for registration. You'll also see a Register button. If camp registration is open, the button will be enabled, and you can register. If camp registration is closed, the button will be disabled, and you will not be able to register.
When you click the Register button, you'll see a page with a list of potential campers to register. Click the checkbox to the left of the camper you would like to register, and when you've selected them all, click the Register button.
Edit Registration
At this point, you should see the list of Camps and Current Registrations again. The list of Current Registrations should now have an entry for each of the campers you just registered. You'll notice that the Status for each entry is "incomplete". You'll need to click the Edit button next to each entry, complete the form, and click the Save button. The status of each registration should be "ready".
Checkout
Finally, when you are finished editing all your registrations, click the Checkout button. You'll be asked for billing information, then you'll be asked to choose a payment type (credit card or cash/check), and finally, you'll be asked to confirm your order. Even those using receiving scholarships need to complete the checkout process (select cash/check option and include information about who is providing the scholarship).
That's it. You're done.
